The Two-Year course provides an in-depth training through developing students vocal, physical and emotional range. This course will focus on developing skills specifically for screen whilst being able to dedicate time to absorb and reflect upon the complexities of acting through a holistic approach to creativity.
Discover yourself
The student is encouraged to discover and enhance their creative self as well as pursuing personal development. Emphasis is given to critical awareness of on screen performance. Students are also encouraged to create their own screen acting portfolio for professional use.
Focused attention
The school prides itself on small class sizes allowing for individual attention. This full-time course runs over eight 8-week modules divided by short breaks in between. The training will culminate in a graduation screening at a local cinema and an on-line presentation for agents casting directors and other industry professionals.
Course Overview
First Year
This foundation year is for discovery and exploration – enabling the student to enhance their creative centre. Students work on enhancing vocal and physical skills as well as developing confidence 0n camera. Various projects throughout the first year will provide students with the opportunity to apply their training to a variety of genres and styles.
Second Year
Students continue building on the experience of the first year and apply their technical and artistic skills within an industry context. This final year also includes professional preparation; mock auditions, how to survive as a working actor and meeting agents, casting directors and producers.
Module 4 provides students the opportunity to apply what they have learned/gained from the previous 3 modules in preparation for their graduation. This consists of a screening in a commercial cinema to the graduands and their guests exploring the work of the school.
Beyond The Course
The students are assisted in creating their own show reels from in house work which they can send out to industry contacts during the time leading up to and beyond graduation.

Entry Requirements
Entry to courses is through audition and all applicants must complete an Application Form.
Minimum age: 18
Fees
Audition: £50
Deposit: £500.00 +VAT (20%)
Tuition Fees per annum: £10,000 +VAT (20%)
(Please note that deposit is refundable on completion of the course.)
Payment Schedule
Deposits are payable 2 weeks after receiving notification of acceptance and guarantees a place on the course.
All fees are due 21 days prior to the start of each module.
The course fee is divided into four payments.

Mark has spent much of his creative life as an actor, writer and director with critical acclaim in the theatre, film and television industry. He has run his own theatre company ‘Hot Toddy’ productions successfully for several years.

David B Craik
Started his career at the Bristol Old Vic Theatre School, where he trained in classical acting and theatre arts and at the renowned Bristol Old Vic Company. His training also included appearances for BBC TV Bristol. His career in acting and directing has included Repertory // National Theatre // West End // Theatre-in-Education // Fringe // four years touring in companies specialising in clown work and classical mime // TV comedy // Film // Music videos.
Mary Roscoe
Improvisation for Screen
Mary Roscoe
Mary grew up in Zimbabwe and came to London to train. She has been acting in film, television and theatre since 1980, and teaching alongside her acting work for 10 years. Recent acting with the acclaimed film directors Mike Leigh and Joanna Hogg led to Mary teaching improvisation for film at several drama schools in London.

Television includes “Judge John Deed”, “Mike and Angelo” series for children, “Sherlock Holmes – The Master Blackmailer”, “Eastenders”, “Casualty” and “The Bill”.
Film includes “The Shadow Within”, directed by Silvana Zancola, playing Madame Dauby. This won three awards in Europe.
