Course Overview
First Year
This foundation year is for discovery and exploration – enabling the student to enhance their creative centre. Students work on enhancing vocal and physical skills as well as developing confidence on camera. Various projects throughout the first year will provide students with the opportunity to apply their training to a variety of genres and styles.
Second Year
Students continue building on the experience of the first year and apply their technical and artistic skills within an industry context. This final year also includes professional preparation; mock auditions, how to survive as a working actor and meeting agents, casting directors and producers.
Module 4 provides students the opportunity to apply what they have learned/gained from the previous 3 modules in preparation for their graduation. This consists of a screening in a commercial cinema to the graduands and their guests exploring the work of the school.
